At Zeenox, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with your subscription, we offer a straightforward refund process as outlined below.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods
  • You will retain access to premium features until the billing period ends
  • Your account will automatically revert to the Free tier

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Full Refund (Within 7 Days)

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.

2.2 Pro-Rated Refund (After 7 Days)

For annual subscriptions cancelled after 7 days but within the first 30 days, we offer a pro-rated refund for the remaining unused months. Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for pro-rated refunds after the 7-day window.

2.3 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available in the following cases:

  • More than 30 days after purchase for annual subscriptions
  • More than 7 days after purchase for monthly subscriptions
  • Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Partial months of service on monthly plans

3. How to Request a Refund

If you need help outside the 7-day window or have a billing dispute, contact us:

  2. Include your details: the email address on your account and the reason for your request
  3. Processing time: we aim to review manual requests within 3-5 business days

4. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer
  • Currency: Refunds are issued in GBP. If you paid in another currency, the refund amount may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations

5. Free Trial

Our Free tier is always available at no cost. We encourage you to explore our free features before committing to a paid subscription. No credit card is required for the Free tier.

6. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank or card provider. We are committed to resolving any billing issues promptly and fairly.
